What we collect

Account data (name, email, role), your yacht's maintenance records (systems, work orders, schedules, survey items, spares and purchases), manuals you upload, and the AI usage figures needed to run the service and meter AI credit.

How it is processed

Data is stored in our cloud database and processed by our application servers (Netlify) and — only when you use the optional assistant — by our AI provider (xAI). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting your yacht's Owner (the account administrator) or by writing to us at help@smartuptimepro.com.

• Export: the Owner, signed in, can download a JSON package of the yacht's records (no passwords and no photo files).
• Deletion: the Owner can request deletion of the account. This cancels the subscription and records the request; permanent erasure is then completed by our team.

Cookies

The app uses one session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) to keep you signed in. This website, smartyachtpro.com, sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts.

Trial form

If you send your details through the trial form, we use them only to set up your trial and contact you about Smart Yacht Pro. Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider (Netlify).

Export-controlled data

Do not upload or send export-controlled technical data into Smart Yacht Pro or its AI assistant.
