Feature
Yacht maintenance by engine hours.
Oil, filters and impellers come due by hours run, not by the calendar. In Smart Yacht Pro, scheduled service runs by engine hours, generator hours or date. The work order opens before the interval passes — not after something fails offshore.
What it tracks
- Main engines: oil, filters and impellers by engine hours.
- Generator: service by run hours.
- Tender & platform: outboard hours, lift and davit checks.
- Watermaker: membrane flushes and pre-filters.
- A/C & chillers: filters, pumps and strainers.
- Thrusters: inspections, motor and battery checks.
- Stabilizers: hydraulic service and seals.
- Life raft & EPIRB: service dates, HRU expiry, battery and registration.
How it works
- Import your equipment. Upload your list from Excel or CSV — or photograph a nameplate and let the optional AI fill in make, model and serial.
- Set the schedules. Scheduled service by engine hours or by date, plus survey readiness dates for every piece of safety gear.
- Stick the QR codes. One per system. Crew scan to see history and log work; yards scan to report a problem — no account needed.
- Cruise. Jobs open on time, spares are aboard when you need them, and the owner sees everything from one board.
Who sees it
Owner, captain and crew see what's due, what's done and what it cost. From any phone, from anywhere. Crew is unlimited, and every job, part and note stays with the vessel when crew changes.
Reports
On-time maintenance, time between failures, time to repair and spend vs. budget — per system and per yacht.
