Feature
Watermaker and generator service log.
Every system aboard gets its own card in Smart Yacht Pro — history, manuals, spares, schedules and its own QR code. The watermaker and the generator each keep their full service history on the yacht's own record.
Generator
Service by run hours. Scheduled service runs by engine hours, generator hours or date, and the work order opens before the interval passes — not after a system fails.
Watermaker
Membrane flushes and pre-filters, scheduled and logged on the watermaker's own card.
Log the work from the engine room
- Crew scan the system's QR code to see its history, open a work order or log the work — from their phones.
- Yards and marina crew report a problem by scanning — no account needed. It becomes a work order for your crew to review.
Spares for each system
Know what's aboard and what's ashore. Low-stock alerts, linked to the systems that use each spare. Crew can buy spares within the limits you set; over the limit, the request routes to the Owner or Engineering for approval.
History that stays aboard
When a captain or engineer moves on, the logbook, the binder and the spreadsheet often go with them. Smart Yacht Pro keeps every job, part and note on the yacht's own record. Bring your records in from Excel or CSV and take everything out any time.
